Cancellations received no later than 1 September 2025 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 20. Refunds will be paid after the conference. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Changes in registration<\/h4>\n<p>Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of EUR 20 will be charged.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Conference identification badge<\/h4>\n<p>A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration.
