On 23 July, following the installation of the new Infinite 200 PRO luminometer, a workshop was held at the CTGCT. The Infinite 200 PRO is a laboratory instrument designed to measure light signals generated by biological and chemical reactions in samples, enabling a wide range of analyses to be performed rapidly and with high sensitivity.
During the workshop, our colleagues were introduced to the instrument and received hands-on training in its operation and associated software. The session covered the use of iControl for quick and straightforward measurements, as well as Magellan Pro, which provides the functionalities required in a GMP environment, including user management and a comprehensive audit trail.
After becoming familiar with the luminometer, the participants began developing several measurement protocols that could prove valuable for future activities and applications at the CTGCT.
