Please create a new user account and continue the on-line procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the registration form, you will receive an automatically generated summary to your e-mail address.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link on the log-in page. A new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check the spam folder).

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Your registration and all payment will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
Cancellations and refunds
All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 1 September 2025 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 20. Refunds will be paid after the conference. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.
Changes in registration
Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of EUR 20 will be charged.
Conference identification badge
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions & Poster Session without the conference badge.
