Prime Minister of Slovenia Dr. Robert Golob visits the Kemijski Inštitut to discuss about CTGCT plans

Yesterday, Dr. Robert Golob, Prime Minister of the Slovenian Government, visited the Kemijski inštitut – National Institute of Chemistry. The purpose of his working visit was to review plans for construction of new premises, including the CTGCT facilities that will advance our research capabilities.

During his visit, PM Golob expressed strong government support for our work, stating: “I believe that with this investment you will maintain your leading role both globally and in Slovenia.” He emphasized his pride in Slovenia’s internationally recognized researchers and the government’s commitment to ensuring these innovations benefit the domestic population.

This visit represents Slovenia’s strategic commitment to becoming a leader in advanced biomedical technologies, with CTGCT playing a crucial role in positioning the country at the forefront of gene and cell therapy development.
