We attended the Bioreactor Workshop, a two-day training session on the Sartorius Ambr250 bioreactor, held on January 15-16, 2025. The workshop covered the setup and operation of the bioreactor, including software configuration, process parameter adjustments (gas input, pH, stirring, and temperature control), and media preparation. On the first day, participants programmed the system and initiated the bioprocess. The second day focused on sampling, pH measurement, and inoculation of the culture media, with subsequent monitoring of cell growth planned for the following days. The training provided hands-on experience in optimizing bioreactor conditions for viral production.
